Watch your Words...

Every time I tell myself I have to do something or I should do something, an unconscious resistance comes up....

This resistance is deep rooted and very powerful... It has been with me for as long as I have lived....

It is a part of me and I am unable to break this resistance, for the very reason.... that I am unaware of it...

Watch the words, replace them with words like I love to, I want to, I am excited for... And watch your Universe transform
